"I'll risk giving away our Secret in Secret Key Cove just to let the rest of the Disney travelers in on something the resorts just don't want you to know. Renting a home from an owner is hands down the best deal, not only in price but the atmosphere as well. The Capewell's place in Emerald Island is first class in both location and the physical property itself. It took less then 10 minutes to get to the Parks and its access to both World Drive and Route 4 make driving a breeze. The great room is very comfortable.The pool area is awesome and very private.The combination of shrubs and the rear conservation make this screened in patio a tropical experience.

The best part for our family was that after a day at the parks we could chill and grill around the Pool/Patio and relax in style. We also went back a few nights to hit the fireworks and with only a few miles to Epcot or Magic Kingdom you don't feel to far out to make the second trip. The game room also offered some relief while waiting for the other family members to get comings and goings in order.

This place can comfortably accommodate 2 full families without ever feeling cramped or over crowded. Goodbye pillow mints, hello Private homes.

"Thanks for a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Perfect layout of a house and lovely decor. So inviting when we arrived home each night after a great day at the parks. Impressive gated community with a warm welcome from the security guards at the gate. The receptionists are very helpful too. Great location just far enough away from the commercial area for a peaceful relaxed "get away from it all" feeling but close enough without having to travel too far to get to shops, food outlets (for which there are plenty to choose from) or the parks. Luck was on my side when we picked this awesome florida home. The best holiday we have had."

Your location is the best in this Emerald Isle community. I Especially liked the back yard with just the woods. Also appreciated the availability to use the internet, down at the club building. Your home was very clean and well decorated. Our stay at your home was great, weather was super. Well it took me a while, but I'm finally writing to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your "Awesome Florida Home" back in January. Indeed, we did find it AWESOME... It was clean and spacious (some of our relatives stayed in a 5 bedroom house about a week later that had only 4 chairs around the table) The privacy in the back (with the natural view) was a wonderful change from typical homes in the area. The game room gave the kids a "place of their own" where they could play with toys without being "under-foot" and the adults even enjoyed a mini pool tournament. Who needs a garage for a rental car anyway? The screen around the pool really gave us extra piece of mind with regard to safety of our 3 year old - Thanks. Our only complaint for the week was a day of cold rain, but your house with the heated pool even helped turn that into a fun day. Another bonus for me was the repeated compliments from my wife and family on how well I did finding and picking your house! You can bet I'll be in touch as soon as I know when our next trip will be, and I'll heartily recommend your house to anyone, as long as they're going at a different time : ) Thanks from all of us.

The weather is wonderful, it has been in the low 80's since we arrived and is supposed to continue that way for our entire stay, no rain in the forecast. Your home is absolutely beautiful. We had some reservations when we first decided to rent a home because you really don't know what the home will be like, but when we walked in the front door to your home we couldn't believe how clean and well cared for it is.

My mother inlaw couldn't believe that someone would actually rent a home like this to people that you don't know, she is so impressed that she is thinking on renting it next year for 3 weeks and spend a week by herself, and having our family come for a week as well as her son's family come for the other week.

The management company was wonderful and very helpful, the resort community is very nice and everyone is very friendly. whenever we plan our next vacation we will most definitely book your home.

Just a quick note to say thanks for letting us rent your villa. We came back yesterday and we all had an excellant time. Your villa was amazing especially the pool area and the games room. We coudn't get the kids out from there. It was in an excellent location close to all the parks. We found the small Walmart !!! What an amazing place it sold everything. Just to thank you both so much for the stay at your beautiful villa. We had a perfect holiday. After visiting Florida on many occasions this was the best villa we have stayed in, it had everything we needed for a totally relaxing time.
